Tanisha Alston is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She enjoys working with individuals (ages 7 and older) who may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck—but who are ready to explore growth and change. Many of the individuals she supports are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or challenges with emotions and relationships. Together, they focus on creating more clarity, peace, and a grounded sense of self.
Tanisha’s hope is to help you feel more in control of your life, build confidence, find balance, and strengthen your relationships. Many of her clients want to feel lighter, more connected, and able to experience joy—even when life is messy or uncertain.
Tanisha believes it is an honor to walk alongside each person on their journey. Her approach is flexible and tailored; she draws from solution-focused, cognitive, mindfulness, humanistic, play-based, and relational approaches, depending on what feels most supportive for the client.
